2 - 1¼lb. Fresh Lobsters½lb. Extra Large Shrimp½lb. Small Scallops1½lbs. Large Mussels1dz. Little or Top Neck Clams1lb. Linguine or Capellini1qt. Marinara or Scampi Sauce
Instructions: Rinse clams and mussels with water.Place clams in bottom of pot, add cut up lobster, then add mussels, shrimp, and scallops. Top with Maranara or Scampi Sauce. Cook on medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes. Raise heat to medium-high and cook for an additional 10 - 15 minutes. Cook pasta separately to taste. Combine pasta with Seafood pot and stir. Serves 4 - 6 Adults.
